The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were professional and courteous throughout my stay, from check-in to housekeeping. The hotel's location was also a major plus, with a Sainsburys next door and a shopping centre opposite. It was convenient to have these amenities nearby. the rooms were equipped with AC, which was a great relief during the hot weather.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a couple of drawbacks. the breakfast was not included in the stay, which would have been a nice addition.

Great location near the train station and city center, with beautiful views of the canal and boats passing by. the room was tidy and well, equipped with tea and coffee facilities. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making check, in and check, out a breeze.

Our experience was marred by the noisy and uncomfortable bed, making it difficult to sleep through the night. the breakfast buffet was lacking in quality and selection.
